Can't efile federal and OH state taxes

When I select pay with crediti card to pay the state filing fee (as I'm not getting a federal refund) and hit submit, I advance to the Let's compelete your purchase online screen and hit  continue and then I get the spinning wheel of death.  I'm using Chrome as my browser on a Mac. Any suggestions to efile and pay this fee?

If you have issues reaching the payment screen, clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

To clear cache and cookies in Google for MAC, follow these steps:

1. Press Command-Shift-Delete at the same time from Chrome
2. Click More in the Top Right
3. Click Delete Browsing Date
4. Choose A Time Range
5. Select the Types of Dates to Remove
6. Click Delete Date
