I can't e-file my state taxes. I've gone through the review process several times with no errors. When I click continue to e-file I get a pop up box that says " Hmm...it looks like we've hit a slight snag" (This is highly technical information lol. ) Please try again or check back in a bit.
I've called support and they don't have a clue. I tried to pay by phone and the person I spoke with didn't know what I was talking about. "Pay by phone?". I've run updates, rebooted, restarted, left it alone for a few days and now I'm trying this.....
I've got 3 peoples state taxes to file and none of them work so I don't think it's an error in the taxes.
