The program won't let me complete E-filing my federal and state (KS) returns due to an alleged issue with the Kansas Homestead property tax refund that says I'm not eligible for due to my income. I acknowledge that but can't get past it to complete e-filing and I have already paid to do the state e-file. Being able to resolve this has cost me a lot of time and aggravation not being able to get support to resolve. Why can't I speak to a real person!
