A friend of mine is having a problem e-filing his Tax Returns electronically after entering his IRS Identity Protection PIN. Has anyone encountered that problem and if so, how was it resolved? He has called the Turbo Tax Customer Service Phone# but the individual he dealt with could not figure out how to solve the problem.
