Can't Download TurboTax State (California) to my Mac (Tax Year 2022)

I am unable to download Turbo Tax state (California) to my Mac. I have successfully downloaded Federal and have completed my taxes. But state will not download at all. It gives me an error message that says something like "Hmmm...we're unable to complete that at this time...try back later." I've tried for the past three days, so I'm not going to be able to complete my taxes if it keeps giving me this error message. Anyone have any answers or suggestions?

Is there any solution for this? I have been trying to download California Tax update all day and no help or communication from Intuit. Has anyone had success?

SO sorry that I didn't see your two posts until now.

I got through to Intuit, and they had me close out TurboTax completely and then re-start. It's the equivalent of "unplugging" the computer or turning it off and back on again. It WORKED!

So try all of that: 1) Log out of TurboTax and back into it again; 2) turn off your computer and turn it back on again.

See if that works as a reset.
