can't download prior year turbotax

I purchased Home and Business turbotax in 2021 and used the online version in 2020- I need to amend those returns and I've tried 3 different computers and browsers and get the same error ("Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.") when I enter the license code. I spent an hour with customer support and they said they'll email a solution and sent the exact same message after I told them the solution didn't work... Any suggestions on how I can download the software? I still have the keys to the products.
