Can't download brokerage firm tax forms

Have tried number of times to download from various brokerages that DO HAVE docs available (I have them in PDF format on my computer.  This is a brand new windows 11 computer with all updates.  Apparently plenty of users are having this problem.  Been doing this for many many years with Turbo Tax without a problem.  Very unhappy.  Seems like every year using TT just gets more painful.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
