Can't download 2017 TurboTax software I paid for in Oct. 2017. Signed in - Clicked "My Downloads." A list of previous year purchases appears but not 2017 Deluxe TurboTax. I clicked on "Order Status." I see the 2017 version listed with a button that says "Download." Clicked the download button - Nothing downloads and the 2017 version disappears from the list.

Please contact customer service so they can issue you another download. There may be an issue with that one.  (800) 446-8848.
