Can't download 2017 TurboTax software I paid for in Oct. 2017. Signed in - Clicked "My Downloads." A list of previous year purchases appears but not 2017 Deluxe TurboTax. I clicked on "Order Status." I see the 2017 version listed with a button that says "Download." Clicked the download button - Nothing downloads and the 2017 version disappears from the list.
