I already input my bank account info. I'm at the review page and about to file my Fed taxes but I when I click "Continue", nothing happens. Seems like the button is broken. Please help.
I'm on the page:
FILE --> File a Return --> Federal

Thank you for the response. As it turned out... Direct deposit is broken. I double-checked my Routing and Account numbers. Both were correct. Turbotax was able to correctly identified bank name and type of account.
To solve this issue, I requested a physical check instead of direct deposit.
PS. I had been using the same banking account to receive tax refund for years without issue. But for some unknown reason, it doesn't work this year. :(
It happened to me just now. I went back a few pages and reentered the information. When the button is "ready" to continue it turns from light blue to dark blue.
So this has been a problem since 2024 and Intuit hasn't fixed this problem that's existed in TurboTax for 2+ years?
Still the same endless loop stuck on File Step 1 Review your order. Click Start, then click Confirm Payment, then it loops back to File Step 1 Review your order. It does not proceed to Step 2 Your refund info.
Cleared cache. Cleared cookies. Restarted browser. Logged back in. Still the same broken system after reaping $581 million in revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2026...
Remind me to never file with TurboTax again.
If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
