Can someone help me file a dispute so that I can get my taxes back from treasury offset?

I make monthly payments I needed that to keep my home and get caught up on bills I’m now homeless  with my service dog receive no government assistance further financial hardship

No one on this public forum or TT can assist you in this issue ... your refund will always be grabbed to pay off IRS debts. If you cannot make the payments then you need to follow the IRS directions on the matter.

But it has nothing to do with self employment and I pay every month it’s almost paid off
