You normally would need to contact HR or whoever does your payroll to ask them for the form you need to fill out with less withholding. You return that to them and they refigure your pay for the next pay period.
Just be careful, though, since you don't want to end up with a fee for not having enough withheld.
Usually the reason for requesting less withheld is if you have several sources of income and you expect to have more deductions than before. For example, if you got a huge refund for 2021 and you don't expect any changes for this coming year. Use the tax calculator posted by the previous commenter to see the difference.
You may want to get advice about changing you withholding from your HR people if there's still a question.
