Please try the following steps
- Log out of Turbo Tax.
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Delete Cache & Cookies
- Close Turbo Tax
- Shut down the computer
- Re-start your computer
- Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax.
- You can also try a different browser as well,
