I am using TurboTax Business CD/desktop 2023. I have installed on home and office PC's. Per the EULA, "you may only: (i) install and use a copy of the Software on up to five (5) computers owned by you (at home or at work); (ii) use the Software only to prepare, print and/or electronically file your own federal 2023 tax year returns and related 2023 state tax returns; "
I purchased Virginia Partnership program from within the program and paid from my home PC. The Virginia program then downloaded and installed on my home PC. The next day I used the office PC. I logged into Intuit.com using my credentials and saw the Virginia Partnership program in "my downloads." I downloaded it to my office PC and installed. However each time I try to use the state program on my office PC, it asks me to pay $50 again.
I spent 2.5 hrs on the phone with TT support. Ultimately she told me that you can only install state program on ONE PC! This must not be true. In prior years (9 yrs of using TT) I always had both state and federal on home and office PC. Any ideas?
