can not load progran

2024 Program will not load. Small blue screen comes on and goes immediately to Turbo Tax Error. No additional info.

Some previous issues have been resolved.  Please let us know if you continue with the problem.

Downloaded new file same results Small blue screen  immediately goes to "Turbo  Tax Error" screen.  Screen has no additional info on what error is or could be.  Program files are visibly loaded on computer but still cannot load program.
