I assume that you are seeing a successful import screen, but the data is not transferred. If so, this happens if you’ve previously blocked Local Network Access on your browser. In order to successfully import your data you have to allow access.
To allow Local Network Access in Chrome:
Click the View Site Information icon (to the left of the address bar) and then turn on Local Network Access.
To allow Local Network Access in Edge:
try again, "Merrill" was added as an import source late yesterday.
Seems Merrill changed the way they authenticate which may have caused some delay/confusion here and affected other tax s/w also apparently.
