What are you trying to add? The only insurance information you have to add is a 1095A if you had marketplace health insurance---aka "Obamacare" aka Affordable Care Act, aka healthcare.gov
If you had that kind of health insurance you must get your 1095A from healthcare.gov and enter it. If you had some other kind of health insurance through your employer, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. you simply say NO when it asks if you have a 1095A and you move on.
