If you don;t have withholding, estimated quarterly payments are due April 15, June 15, Sept 15 and January 15.  You make the payments yourself by mailing a check or making an online payment at www.irs.gov/payments.  You don't include any kind of tax return, just the money.

Turbotax is only designed to do the end of the year tax return.  If you are self-employed and need to estimate your quarterly payments, you may want to look at quickbooks.  If you just have a lot of un-taxed income, but are not self-employed, this IRS calculator might help.

Did you pay Q1?  If not you need to pay 2x quarterly ES amount in Q2 (i.e. 50% of your annual ES amount) to stop any underpayment penalty from Q1 accruing further.

When you filed 2024, TT would have generated ES vouchers by default based on paying 100% of your 2024 tax (110% if AGI > 150k) and assuming your 2025 withholding is the same as 2024.  If you are using the default amounts generated by TT then check the assumptions.  The alternative 'safe harbor' is to pay 90% of your 2025 tax (estimated) if that is smaller.  You don't need to follow what TT generated if you have a better estimate.  In TT under Other Tax Situations / Form W4 and Estimated Taxes you can provide 2025 income information to help estimate this or use other online tools.

You can also increase withholding if you have W2 income for the remainder of the year to help reduce your ES obligation.

Best way to pay is electronically on irs.gov if able, you don't need vouchers or checks, TT is not involved in ES process other than helping with calculations.  They normally debit by the next business day so make sure money is in the account when you submit it.

Remember state estimated taxes also.
