Can I use TurboTax to file both my American and Canadian taxes?

I have earned money in both Canada and the US this past year. Can I use TurboTax to file both my Canadian and American taxes on the same return? Or do I need to perform two different claims with two separate pieces of software?

I have yet to download TurboTax.

Two separate pieces of software.  However, TurboTax can cover both.  Here is information on how to file your Canada return with TurboTax:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4604256

Can I use TurboTax to file both my American and Canadian taxes?

After filling out the necessary forms and to the point of filing, I was informed that I did not qualify for the reason I received income from a third country. Turbo Tax did not fulfill my expectation and should not be charged for this uncompleted service. Willem  [email address removed]
