Can I use TurboTax for multiple states?

I’m Oklahoma resident. I’m working in multiple states- Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. Also, I have two jobs in Oklahoma( 2 Oklahoma, 1 Kansas, 1 Texas). Can I use TurboTax for my situation?

My payment to TurboTax says pending. However, I have received my state refund, but not my federal. I have already contacted the IRS. Any next steps?

If Turbotax 2024 Deluxe is not deducting my charitable contributions to Goodwill from my Federal taxes, but, It is deducting them from my state taxes. Why?
