Can I use my refund to pay for part of my services then pay the rest with credit card

Like I owe 273 to file our refund is 194 so that leaves 79 to pay with credit card. Can I do this

Sorry to pay your TurboTax fees out of your refund, you need to have to that much in refund to pay the full amount.  There is also an additional charge to pay TurboTax fees out of your refund.  You also cannot split payments for TurboTax fee’s.
