You will see a Form 1040 in the "preview" but if you are 65 or older and print out your return, it will print on a 1040SR. Those forms are identical except that 1040SR has bigger print and uses an extra piece of paper.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
It goes by your date of birth you entered under My Info or Personal Info. If you or your spouse is 65 or older you will automatically get the 1040SR even if it shows the regular 1040 on the screen.
