Yes. You can prepare a state return in all of the TurboTax products but it's an additional cost for the state software if using TurboTax Online Deluxe or higher. Once you add your state, you can file them together using Deluxe.

If you are using TurboTax Deluxe Online, when you purchase Deluxe, it includes federal and then you have to purchase the state software additionally to go along with it. If you go here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ you will see State additional under the Deluxe and higher versions. State is only free in Free Edition for a limited time.

And if you are using TurboTax Deluxe CD/Download version, when you purchase Deluxe, it includes federal and 1 free state download. All other additional states would cost additional.
