Can I talk to a live person?

Yes. If you're using TurboTax Online:

  1. Start by signing in to your account (if you aren't already signed in).
  1. Once you're in, select help in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Now select Contact Us at the bottom of the next screen.
  3. Enter your question and then select Let's talk.
  4. Now choose between:
  5. Posting your question to our community of experts (Post a question); or
  6. Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (Talk to a specialist) (requires the PLUS add-on if using Free Edition).
