It is not recommended that you claim without a receipt. If you were audited, you would have a problem.
Additionally, the vitamins cannot be claimed. Your prescriptions and dr fees could. Medical expenses are claimed on Schedule A and there are two requirements to meet before you would get credit. (1) your medical expenses must be more than 7 1/2 percent of your AGI and (2) your total Schedule A deductions would have to be more than the standard deduction for your filing status.
