Can I take a dependent off my turbo tax since my refund was rejected

Yes, you can remove your dependent in the My info section. 

This is how to do that:
 

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
2. Select Fix my return.
3. Select  My info on the left side menu.
4. Scroll down until you see your dependent's name.
5. Select the trash can icon to the right to completely remove this dependent.
6. If you want to keep the information in your return, but not claim this dependent this year, select Edit instead. 
7. Continue until you get to Tell us more about (name's) living situation last year.
8. Scroll down to the last question, Did (name) pay for more than half of their living expenses and other support? Change your answer to Yes.
9. Once that is corrected, select Review, address any details, look for Continue to File, and keep going until you submit your return.
