Can I still mail them out if they are late because I filed them on TurboTax but it didn’t get sent to the IRS and now they are late

You can e-file the 2023 tax return using TurboTax at any time on or before October 15, 2024.

Or you can choose to print and mail the tax return,

Go to the File section of the program and follow the Steps. In Step 3 you make your choice.

Note - If you do not have taxes owed or you have a tax refund there is no penalty for filing after the due date.

If you haven't e-filed, yes you can still mail them. If you efiled and your return was accepted, don't also mail your return.
