Yes. Follow the steps below to get back into your tax return to add your state return. 

1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
4. Select 2020, and then select Add a State.
5. You should now be able to make any adjustments needed.
6. Once you are done making adjustments, you will need to e-file (Select Transmit Returns now) or print and mail your tax return.

Please note: If the state forms are not yet available you will not be able to complete your state tax return. You can check on your state's availability here.
