I have been taking care of my mom for the past couple of years and have been claiming head of household. My mom passed away and may of this year. Will I still be able to claim her for 2023. And how should I file in future as I am single with no children

Yes you can claim her the year she died 2023 and file as Head of Household. For 2024 and future you file as Single.

Yes, you can claim Head of Household for the year she passed 2023 because you paid her costs until her death. You will still claim your parent as a dependent and you can file as head of household for 2023.
You can claim a dependent who died during the year if you would have been entitled to claim them if they would have survived through the end of the year.
For future tax years you filing status will be single.
