Yes, you can download and install TurboTax Desktop on up to five computers.  Refer to the TurboTax Help articles Can I install TurboTax on more than one computer? You don't need a login to use the download ‌product on your computer.

You can install Turbo Tax on 5 computers you own.   So they will have to log into your Intuit account to use the License Code.   They changed it this year to enforce the 5 computer rule.  You are not supposed to share it.
