TurboTax Support is closed right now.  You appear to be using Live Self-Employed.   That Live feature is available during business hours.  Support is open 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days.

Don't try to schedule your appointment until they open for the day, or it might give you a distant appointment.  You'll get a better time if you wait until they open.

You have multiple threads, and in two threads it shows you were using "Live Deluxe", one shows "Live Premier", and two show "Live Self-Employed."   So I assume that means you have upgraded a couple of times.

Live Self-Employed is currently 199.99 for a Federal return and 44.99 for a state return.   If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)

I left info in the Answer below on how to schedule a call with a live expert during business hours.

Can I schedule a call please?

I had scheduled a call earlier. When the person called back, they used my cell phone number despite the fact that I had verified a voice phone. The cell phone number on my account is for text verification  only. To call me, please call [phone number removed].

 

Your 2021 software is terrible. I can't get the same figures when I add up the information. I want to satisfy this discrepancy before I actually file.

For the past 2yrs, I install TurboTax Premier 2019 and 2020 on my computer on an external driver

Using win10.  This yr. I install TurboTax Premier 2021 on the same driver, I did something wrong

TurboTax will not run, I try to uninstall It, will not uninstall, it comes up with invalid Drive: E\.

Is there a folder or file that I can delete to reinstall TurboTax 2021? i need Help. please call me @ [phone number removed]

i installed turbotax premier 2021had power outage. something went wrong. try to uninstall to reinstall.

 

For the past 2yrs, I install TurboTax Premier 2019 and 2020 on my computer on an external driver

I don't know if you are using the Windows or the Mac version, so I'll provide info for both on how to force an uninstall.  

BTW, normally TurboTax likes to be installed on the main hard drive, but some users have success with other locations such as another partition or hard drive on their system.  However, using a removable external drive such as a USB flash/thumb drive is not recommended.
