Can I request the payment I made for Turbo tax deluxe and live deluxe as I am a nonresident alien who does not know Turbo tax does not support 1040NR?

If you do not provide service for an non resident alien,  would you be able to refund my payment and cancel my federal and state filing?

This is the public user forum.  No one here can access your account or authorize any sort of refund for you.  You can make your request with Customer Support.  Use the word ”billing” instead of the word “refund.”

NON RESIDENT ALIEN
