Can i replace a wrong software I downloaded?

I wanted for Mac but downloaded Windows. I need it replaced. Windows software is useless for me. Thank you.

If you bought a personal Desktop program you can get the Mac program.  Contact Customer Service 5am-5pm Pacific M-F

If you bought the separate Business program it is only available for Windows.  Sorry.  Then you will have to get a refund.

Instead of waiting for TT support you could just buy the version you need now & request the refund of the other one online ...
