Can I refund online turbotax? I issued a refund 10 minutes after purchase.

In my experience with online TT, you will get an automatic rejection if you request a refund via the online link since "Submitting payment reflects your satisfaction with TurboTax Online preparation of your taxes, and is non-refundable."

 

It's better to call and explain  your situation especially since you decided in less than 10 minutes after paying.
