Can I proceed with filling my return if Turbo Tax indicated that my W2 might be wrong. I confirmed with employer and they say it is correct.

The amount listed for social security tax without was 120 more than federal income tax withheld. Employer was contacted and they said the W2 was correct.

If the employer confirms the numbers, then please leave them as entered. If they have pulled out too much for social security, it will be worked out in the return. When the screen comes up and asks if the numbers are correct, you can say, Yes.
