Can I look up w2 forms dat I never filed?

Not if you never filed them. If you didn't file a tax return for years where you had W-2 income, there's no way to look that up in TurboTax. You'd have to go back to your employer and ask for copies. On the other hand, if the IRS has received your W-2s, they may contact you about not filing a tax return.
