Can i leave an incomplete tax return 2020? i changed my mind filing with TurboTax. i am getting refund for services

can i still clear everything and start over once i get my refund (in about 2 -3 days ). or can i abandon it all completely and go file somewhere else

If I'm understanding you correctly, you can file anywhere as long as you don't submit the return. You don't have to continue filing with Turbo Tax if you don't want to.
