Can i go back to the healthcare section before i finish my taxes?

Yes, as long as you haven't filed your return you can go back to this section and complete your entries.

Log in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select the "Take me to my return" button.
Select "Federal" on the left menu bar.
Click on "Health Insurance" in the top middle part of the screen and review/edit your entries.
