Can I get some help resolving a file system error pop up box that prevents me from running setup when trying to install turbotax?

I just updated Windows 10 which seems to have resolved my prior issue (extended attributes are inconsistent) however now the file system error prevents running setup.exe.

if your file system is damaged you have to fix that before installing anything. Use CHKDSK it will ask you to restart

The IRS sent me a notice CP81 stating I didn't file my 2021 return. I have a confirmation from TurboTax that it was accepted on March 13, 2022. How do I resolve this?
