Can i get just fed return and not state with turbo tax?

You can choose to prepare and file only a federal return using TurboTax. Some states do not even have a state income tax. But if you actually need to file a state return, figure out how you are going to do that--perhaps by getting the forms from the state web site and preparing them by hand?
