TurboTax no longer provides or supports 2017 tax software.  Any refund for a 2017 tax return was forfeited several years ago.   If you owe tax due for 2017, it is still owed -- along with late filing penalties and interest.   If you need to file your 2017 return, you could get past year paper forms from the IRS to complete by hand to mail in or you could seek local paid tax help.
