Yes, but you will need to print and mail your state return. You will need to include a copy of your Federal return with your state, so you will have to complete your federal return and just not file it.

Please be sure to remind customer that when filing manually, to complete all forms by adding bank routing #, checking account # (in 3 places) and signature (in 3 places) I didn't realize these are not electronically filled in but remembered I didn't enter my pin to sign, so removed the documents from the envelope, opened them in pdf, searched for everything and filled all the data in with a pen/by hand but I almost mailed without doing any of that. Thank you.
