Please be sure to remind customer that when filing manually, to complete all forms by adding bank routing #, checking account # (in 3 places) and signature (in 3 places) I didn't realize these are not electronically filled in but remembered I didn't enter my pin to sign, so removed the documents from the envelope, opened them in pdf, searched for everything and filled all the data in with a pen/by hand but I almost mailed without doing any of that.
