Can I file late due to prison. I worked until that day. I was not able to do my return because of my incarceration. I was just released Feb. 3, 2024. Can I still file?

Yes, you can still file a 2022, 2021, or 2020 tax return. However, you must purchase, download, and install the TurboTax software for 2022 (or the other years) to do so using TurboTax. There is not a TurboTax Online option for prior year returns. The deadline to file a 2020 tax return for a refund will be coming up on April 15, 2024.
