No.  There is no such thing as an early tax refund.    You will not be able to file a 2022 tax return until the tax year 2022 is over.   People can prepare and file 2022 tax returns in 2023.   Very sorry for your financial problems, but the tax system is not going to help you at this time.   You will need to seek help elsewhere.

If you have not file a 2021 return yet then you can do that but there is no such thing as a partial year or advance return/refund.

@scjprather the "advance child tax credit" was available for 2021 only......and unfortunately, the way the child tax credit will work in 2022, is the same way it worked prior to 2021: if you do not work, you are not eligible for the child tax credit.
