Can I file a 2004 and 2007 state tax return with this software?

The TurboTax online editions are Only for tax year 2018.

 

TurboTax does not support tax years prior to 2015.

 

Do you owe state taxes for 2004 and 2007?  If not and you are trying to file for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid since the deadline to file for a refund is well past the statute of limitations.

No. TT no longer has programs for those years.  Why do you need to file such old ones?
