Can I e-file my state and federal taxes now and then come back on March 15th to e-file my property tax refund or is it best to wait until March 15th to e-file all three?

MN property tax refund can't be e-filed by TurboTax until March 15th, but federal and state are available now. I can certainly wait 5 days if I have to, but if it makes no difference, then I'll file state and federal now.
