Can i download Turbo Tax Deluxe 2018 CD in PC has Turbo Tax Premier 2018 on it? Thanks.

TurboTax Premier has no more online available. Can i load the same PC with TurboTax Deluxe, to utilize other online submission?

You cannot install TTax Deluxe & Premier for the same year on the same PC. 

This is an IRS LIMIT (5 e-files) not TTax.

TTax however will permit you to PRINT and MAIL an unlimited number of returns.

When mailing your return(s) it is best to go to the Post Office and send it Certified with Return Receipt; that way you will have proof of when it was sent and when it was received.

Also, never put more than one tax return in the same envelope.
