Yes, you just need to create multiple accounts.  Once you decide how you want to file, you can use only one account to file your tax return. Only one tax return per account can be created and only one account can be used to file your actual return. TurboTax wants to protect y our data.

Some reasons you may want more than one account is the married filing separately filing status so that the differences can be reviewed.

A child has income and is required to file. There can be other reasons as well.
