I already finished my process of tax return. now they pending. But i hope to amend my state tax information.

Is it possible to change?

If you e-filed your state return --- no ---- you cannot make any changes while the return is pending. If it is rejected you can change it and re-file. If it is accepted, you will have to wait for it to be fully processed and amend later.
